Dr. Deng has a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Science from Tsinghua University, a Master of Science in Physics from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Ph.D. in Molecular Pathology from the University Of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center UTHealth Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Deng’s research interests/projects are diversified. She brings to CEMAS experiences in cryoTEM, cryoTomography, and STEM tomography.
