The Center for Electron Microscopy and Analysis (CEMAS) plays a starring role for the latest edition.Â

With one of the largest concentrations of electron and ion beam analytical microscopy instruments in any North American institution, CEMAS brings together multidisciplinary expertise to drive synergy, amplify characterization capabilities, and challenge what is possible in analytical electron microscopy.
"CEMAS is truly a global hub for advanced microscopy across all scientific disciplines – driving cutting-edge research, supporting economic development in the region and beyond, and training the next generation of scientists and engineers in all aspects of advanced electron microscopy," said David McComb, the director of CEMAS and a professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering.Â
